No.1 Is what I'm referring to. Since I upgraded to 18.4 it doesn't do the anymore. It just connects automatically.

Anybody else noticed that since upgrading to 18.4 CarPlay connects every time? Before after charging I had to do a manual button connect. But now, I open the door and by the time I'm sat down it's connected and ready to rock and roll. Perhaps this was an Apple problem all along ?

Yeah this. That last update was an emergency since, you know, our rear doors shouldn't open on their own free will. If we're honest we've not had a meaningful update in a while. And I'm still waiting for my soft close to be fixed (which "broke" last year). The cadence has slowed dramatically...

I have this too. In the winter I also find cold air leaking when the seal is cold. When I leave my warmer garage the window is fine. After I leave my car outside all day at work in the 20's Fahrenheit and then drive home the top left corner of the drivers window leaks cold air. Almost certainly...

I had a charging message pop up on my phone yesterday when I hadn’t touched the car or opened the app. It had previously charged to 80 %. This is the first time it’s done that so you may be on to something.

Yeah I'm in the low to mid 3's right now in NH, but was in the 4's in the summer.

It gets better as the weather warms. It's hard to stop obsessing about efficiency and how much your battery and or mileage is dropping as you drive initially. Particularly if this is your first EV. Over time you'll stop worrying about it, particularly after your first couple of long journeys...

Calls through CarPlay on my 2024 AT are fine. No better or worse than calls via CarPlay in my previous Audi.

Any chance you will add adaptive volume, so that music volume compensates for road noise (Highway vs local driving) ? I aways need to increase the volume on the highway. Didn't need to do that in previous cars because of adaptive volume.
