The funny thing is that not only is "if used" is ambiguous, but so is "last drive".
Think you can just leave your phone behind/disable Bluetooth/etc one time and use your FOB or card? Guess again, because "last drive" is determined by the phone... not the car. So if the phone isn't there, it...
The setting choices for automatic launching are honestly laughably stupid.
"Always". Ok, sure!
"Default (set by the vehicle)". Lucid has no option available, so this is "Always".
"If used on last drive". There's literally no way to get out of this loop after connecting once if you use mobile...
No problem, yes it is Page 17 and 18 of the owners manual PDF.
Inside of the charger there is a sticker on the top left that duplicates the information/settings in the PDF. The Dip Switch itself is middle-rightish, it's very tiny.
Are you talking about the Lucid charger? There is a dip switch inside that allows you to lower the maximum current output for the charger itself. I did it because my original charger installation was done on a 60A circuit for 48A output, so rather than change and run new wires when I swapped to...
I see. The verbage is different for both the 2025 configurator and Gravity:
1. Some infotainment or connected vehicle features require premium connectivity.
However you're right and I see that other thread contains the current 2026 verbage I thought was new. I wonder why they keep futzing with it.
If you complete the 2026 "Design Yours" configurator, there is a new footnote on the review screen. Sign of things to come?
1. Some infotainment or connected vehicle features require enhanced vehicle wireless connectivity, which is included for the first year of ownership.
Interesting tidbit of information for those who it applies to: I still have my $650 credit for "charging accessories" that I got at delivery, and I was saving it for this exact moment. I just tried to pre-order and it does not appear that the adapter is a qualifying product 😫
I see. I guess there's a lot I don't understand about the finer details! That limitation has something specific to do with a supercharger?
I don't charge away from home at all, but I did once while I was swapping out my home charger. The Electrify America location I used was 350kW and though I...
Thanks, I figured it had to be some kind of technical limitation but didn't understand. It makes sense why the AC couldn't do DC... but not the other way around. You'd think you could just send the slower AC over the DC pins no problem!
That's definitely going to be annoying to say the least.
Why on earth does the adapter only work with DC? That's the faster NACS variety... AC is the slower one. If it works with DC shouldn't it work with both?
