Where did you turn in your lease? What was the name of the inspection service?

I'm wondering whether turn-in nightmares are coming from certain geographic regions. It would be helpful to know where these reports are originating from. Sonofabish and BillyT: where are you located?

I'm confused about the "pre-inspection" process. What's the point? Members of this topic have reported that they received a stellar pre-inspection report only to later receive a highly negative result from a "final" inspection after the vehicle was turned in and out of the lessee's possession...

Why did you sign an agreement with this kind of language in it?

Based on what I've read in these lease threads, it seems like the first billing notice comes to a lessee from a collections agency. Can anyone confirm this? If true, then BoA must have turned over inspections and billing to a 3rd party collector, who could be using all their nasty collection...

Not common? Really? I got my car last June, had the wheel replaced in July for the same problem, and had it replaced again last month for the same problem. I'm happy it's covered by warranty. Warranty service has been excellent, but have had too many service calls in less than a year.

I did forget to pre-condition. Also I was travelling cross-country, so it was always a different EA along the route from WI to AZ. On 2 occasions I was the only person charging. It was always below 120kw and always above 100 until the charge was getting closer to 80% when the charge rate would...

I was stopping to charge at about 30%, charging up to 80% while traveling cross country. 120kw seems right? Why is it limiting to 120 on a 350 charger? Does the Touring model limit the rate, or is EA not allowing 350?
