Hi Jim, my name is Ray and I am a new member of the forum. I noticed that you were the only person that posted about an issue that I came across on my vehicle, so I wanted to get your advice. I found one of your posts under the title "One year review" and it was very informative. The one thing that caught my attention on this post was you mentioning that your front passenger window was not sitting flush with the B pillar, and that a tech in Utah spent hours adjusting the door. I am experiencing the same issue on my 2023 AT and I wanted to check with you if the tech was able to fix the issue and get the window flush with the B pillar. Also, was the service to address this issue covered under warranty or did you have to pay for the service? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
