I haven't seen much improvements on Lucid software since you joined Lucid.

I owned Lucid GT for more than one year by now.

Experience on Lucid's software is pretty bad comparig to any luxury car brand.

talk a lot but no action!! Don't tell me the user experience on Lucid software,
I have provided so many suggestions on the software problems and improvement. NO action taken by Lucid so far.
