I purchased my 2024 Air Touring in Seattle the end of May. It had the notorious "sway bar link" issue. I reached out to Lorenzo in Rocklin and scheduled the service and had the center console update done as well. Sawyer the local tech, showed up promptly on time performed the 12k service, performed the center console upgrade, fixed the sway bar links and even rotated the tire. I was VERY impressed! The convenience was incredible and I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to the service center and have them handle what ever comes up.
