Not sure how may are following this group, since there aren't many posts, but hopefully others see it in the SD area.
Since the latest software update, I've had intermittent issues with my 2026 Air Touring not connecting to the Lucid network away from my home. When it's connected to my home's WiFi, it is connected to the network. When I'm offsite though, it's completely offline. It may be intermittent. When I was parked at the airport, for a day or so, I couldn't connect via the app to check on the car to see if I remembered to lock it. Then the following day it connected fine (and I had locked the door).
Now, a week later, I was driving around and went to an EA station to charge. The app wasn't connecting and I noticed I had no bars on the dash screen and a cloud with a line through it, indicating it was offline. I thought maybe I was in a dead zone, but all the way down CA-78 and I-5 it stayed offline. When I got home, it connected to my home WiFi, but as soon as I drove away, it disconnected again.
I called Lucid Customer Care and we tried having me reset the car's software, but that didn't fix the issue. It's offline anytime I leave my home. He escalated it internally and also messaged the service center in Kearny Mesa. I wondered if there might be a local network issue with their carrier though, rather than a car issue. I live in Carlsbad, if that helps.
