Anyone in SoCal less than impressed with Lucid Service? I can't get anyone to call me back.

Sorry to hear that. I have not interfaced with them in a long time so not sure. @HC_79 has been interfacing a lot so may have a bat-line! I do know that my service advisor became service manager: [email protected] - hope that helps

Aaron is still there (saw him the other week). They recently updated their system so the SMS numbers all changed, definitely try and email. Calling appears to be a lost effort.

It’s no excuse but they’re completely inundated (last I heard they had 70 or so cars in the backlog) and that service center only has 2 car lifts.

If you hear nothing from Aaron within a couple of days, DM me and I can hunt out some other people up the chain.

I just picked up my car last Thursday and have also experienced a terrible time trying to get somebody on the phone. I tried calling the customer service number, and it just stayed on hold without really getting a call back. I tried calling the Beverly Hills Service Center and got one call back, but it went to voicemail, so I missed the call. When I did finally talk to somebody, they said that we would have better luck calling the 800 number rather than the specific service center.

Either way, right now, not very impressed.
