New Stealth Option Package

I think the pricing is about right for this option, too. Sure, you could get a third-party to do some or all of this cheaper, but then you have to deal with that third party for warranty support. You also don't have to worry about a third-party disassembling some piece of your car and then not putting it back together correctly.

I have a feeling a good number of folks will go for this. As I said in the other thread, if I were getting a black Air, I would be more tempted, for sure. Not sure I like it as much on the white.

Maybe 3rd party dissembles and already breaking things to give Lucid unnecessary service call complaints. Therefore Lucid came up with this product to avoid such scenario.

Ultimately, this is a nice touch but with a bad pricing strategy. I’m sort of happy I had it done myself. The only benefit of this is if you want to roll it as part of a loan.

My chrome delete is also PPF vs paint… and the full job on my car ran $10k with Tinting, PPF and some custom chrome delete.

Can we see the final product? Have you uploaded pics? If not, please do!

The stealth job I did was pretty similar to this one. I used brushed carbon vinyl wrap to delete the top and some small lower rail trim and brushed titanium vinyl wrap to replace the front and mirror trim as well as some of the lower rail and trunk trim. They are more of a sateen finish rather than high gloss. I also smoked all my lights like it seems the lucid stealth package has done.

The differences are I also deleted my lucid lettering by painting them midnight blue. And I avoided a black finish on my wheels but instead went for a ‘brushed dark clear’ finish.

And yes as @hybob mentioned, I wasn’t able to delete the silver lucid flags on either side. But I kind of like the contrast.

Oh and unfortunately my stealth job cost significantly more than 6k. But I’m very pleased with how everything turned out.

Would you have preferred the stealthed nose bar instead of darkening the Lucid logo?

I agonized over that decision haha. Ultimately, I didn’t want to completely depart from the original lucid design so I decided not to black out the nose, mirrors, guard rails etc (against the advice of my detailer lol). But I didn’t want to keep it such a bright silver. That’s why I changed it to the darker grayish titanium and blacked out the lettering instead. Definitely pros and cons, and I guess it just comes down to personal preference.

Those are some great looking rims (and frankly a great job on customizing your car to make it your own - Cheers!)
