For those that don’t get the offline maps, did you have them downloaded previously?

Yes. Now they’re just gone and download doesn’t work.

The service center told me that they are able to download them in the guest profile. They wanted to reset the car. Since I am returning it in a few weeks, I said no.

Yeah how about they just release good software.

I had offline maps before the update. I haven't been able to see or update or add/remove any since.

I hope everyone is reporting these 2.11 software issues to Lucid. I want this stuff resolved by the time I take delivery.
