2023 Lucid Air Touring
Upgraded to Version 2.11.2 yesterday and experiencing the following issues:
  1. Phone key no longer unlocks doors when I approach. I have toggled it on/off/on in the SW settings several times and also reset the vehicle several times to no avail. Also, doesn't lock car when I walk away, which I would expect since it doesn't unlock when I approach.
  2. Car recognizes my profile from the phone but still forces me to enter my 6-digit passcode to engage Drive. This is an intermittent problem, which seems illogical from a functionality perspective.
These are both new issues. Mobil Key was unreliable, but at least worked eventually, and only had to enter PW when I used a card key prior to V2.11.2 upgrade. So I've gone backwards since upgrading.

Sounds like the connection between your device and the car may have broken. Have you tried to remove and re-pair your device? That's a pretty common step following a system upgrade.
 
I was prompted to un-pair and re-connect after the SW update. I have passive turned off as it cycles everytime I walk by it in the garage with my phone.
 
Me either though I typically receive the push about 12 hours after the initial wave gets released...

Without fully understanding how the software interacts with all the hardware, if it can be improved now with the same hardware, why wasn’t it improved before as this is one of the top complaints!!!

Ended up having to remove and reinstall the mobile key. All issues now appear to be resolved. Thanks for the troubleshooting feedback!

Hmmm I wonder how much effort had to go into determining why some had major issues and others, like myself, have been pretty pain free with phone as a key
 
I had the "enter 5 digit code to drive" thing after the update... I just pulled down the profile menu on the pilot panel and selected my profile again and it seemed to just reload my profile and everything works normal again.
 
Do you all (who got 2.11.2) have an iPhone? I haven't found anything changed on the latest android app that is phone key related.

Looks like the new software is LIT! This means everyone just needs to remove and re-add their phone mobile key and everything is 100% with patch notes. I am looking forward to testing this with my Pixel on Android and test out the Phone as a Key improvements!

Not in my haunted hoopty. Now CarPlay only works on USB 🤪
