Seats not going down on exit

The seats on my 2026 Air Pure use to go all the way down and back when I exited the car. Now they suddenly won't - they just go part way.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried all the Gemini suggestions to no avail.

This is one of my favorite features of the air as without it, I'm constantly hitting my head getting in and out. In fact, I wish they'd support this feature for the passenger seat.

This is a new "Feature" of the new update. They only retract a couple of inches if you have the easy access turned on.

But this feature worked for a while after the UX3 update. Just stopped working a few days ago. But you're right that they only retract a few inches now instead of going all the way down and back.

This is exactly why it's so hard for a company like Lucid to write their software. You don't like the new easy access parameters, whereas for me the new amount that it moves back is absolutely perfect. I hated it when it went all the way back.

Naw... it is exactly the type of thing that should be parameterized (e.g. seat position for driving & seat position for exit/entry).

So, you're saying that UX3 arbitrarily changed the definition of "Easy Exit/Entry" from moving the seat all the way down and back to moving it just a couple of inches?

That's crazy. I'm not a big person ( 5'10" and 175lbs), but I can't get in and out of the car without hitting my head and bending like a pretzel unless the seat is fully down and back. In fact, Easy Exit/Entry is one of the features that convinced me to buy the car.

They definitely need to set up profile parameters for the Easy Exit/Entry seat position.

And as I mentioned, they should also do it for the passenger seat as I have friends who cannot physically get into the car unless the seat is fully down and back.
