I’ve been experiencing this as well but I chalk it up to cell service in my area which is really lousy. It usually corrects itself once coverage improves although I do find instances where the initial error locks Tidal up and the only fix is a reset.

2022 AGT with CCCv2, 2.11.0 - I have recently had the same problem after giving a glowing review of AA in 3.0.
Searching internet I found an article, tried clearing cache in AA and I am back to glowing. I had 68MB of cache.

I also went to Settings on my VPN to configure Split Tunnel to exclude AA from the encrypted tunnel. Instructions found in my VPN app.

I'm not using a VPN (most of the time) so that's not my issue.

I also cleared the AA app cache and even the entire app storage multiple times.

I did get some information suggesting that what ** I ** am seeing may be specific to Google Pixel phones, and is being seen by other carmakers, though I haven't looked around to verify.

Also, is a TIDAL trial included as part of the vehicle purchase in the same way that Sirius-XM is with other vehicles?

I have TIDAL apps on my iPad, iPhone, and computer. They are all fine. The TIDAL app in the lucid doesn’t show everything that’s possible during a search, search itself is difficult, the overall user interface is non-intuitive and requires exploring around when you should be driving, which I won’t do.

Following the release of 2.11 I had this problem. The car would not recognize the fob or phone and required a pin to power up. The issue resolved itself on its own overnight.

I still have the PIN issue but only with phone key. So I carry phone and Fob now and it started losing it again while car is actually up and running.
 
Hello everyone, I recently joined the forums but have been off and on reading them for quite a while now. I just got my CCCv2 installed on my 23 AGT at the beginning of this week. After reading the pros and cons some of you were having, I told the mobile tech to not update to the new software as of yet. He called and asked when was I planning to update because Lucid and his boss had to track his work and my car for completion, I said I was going to wait for the next update. Mind you, all of this was mobile, I was not with him while he was working. When I returned home and jumped in then noticed that the software version was v1.1.4 and I was like noooo not what I wanted to see. That version had so many glitches and binary sounds that was happening so I pushed for the update. The car was unable to perform the update so the panel and app had only 1 option was to call customer service. I call them back the next day, they tried pushing an OTA but still didn't take, mobile tech came back, he force the update and now on v2.11.0. Once he finished he explained what I needed to do with my profile and ect. All pairings with my Samsung Fold 7 Bluetooth & mobile key, garage and gate openers connected and worked as intended. The first drive with keyfob everything seemed ok, unlocked about 6 feet away and locked around 10 feet. Then the next day I decided to do the same without the keyfob, which is what I usually don't have. Walked up, nothing. Open app nothing. Press unlock in app, waiting 5 seconds, ok it wakes then unlocks. Got in, a pin for profile and to drive pop up which seemed unusual and key not detected, drove to my destination, close door, walking away, nothing. Turned around looking and waiting for lights and fans to shut down, nothing. Walked a few more steps, nothing, open app, nothing, press lock in app then it locks. Repeated process to get back home. Once home I tried walking away without hitting the lock and notice 2 minutes later the car was still on, so I grab keyfob and did the necessary deletes on phone first and devices in car, then repaired Bluetooth and add phone which gave a pair code to a mobile key that already exists and replace with new one and still did not work. Did a soft reboot then a hard reboot, still no mobile key. Ok now I remove everything, mobile key in car and app & phone in devices in settings and Bluetooth on phone. Lock and unlock was always on by the way during all of this.

Now here's the problem, since I remove my phone as a mobile key, the keys option/button in my profile is now not working. I press it, it returns to whatever the previous menu was and a key not detected pops up randomly. Sorry, I know it's a story. But I have yet read anyone else having this issue. Absolutely love my car and the new look has the potential of even being better.

This mirrors my experience with the update as well. I could only power up the car by putting my pin in. It would not recognize the fob, phone, or key card. The car would not turn off unless I locked it manually. I unpaired my phone and fob and could not re-pair either device.

I booked a mobile service appointment to address the issues. However, after sitting overnight all problems resolved on their own. This was about 3 weeks ago and no problems since.

I’ve have this exact same problem for over six months. Well before the UX 3.0 and a Lucid can’t fix it. They’ve replaced 3 door handles and shipped it to service 4 times for it. Absolutely ridiculous. Mine still does it and they want to ship it again to another service center for them to try and fix it. 4 months in service now. I carry both the fob and the phone and it will wig out. Just today I’m literally driving, and error pops up and tells me to enter a PIN then disappears.

My Curb Rash Alert has not worked properly since the UX3.0 update. Setting shows that it's toggled on. I got it to function one time by setting it to OFF and letting the car sleep for an hour, then getting in and setting it to ON. It was good for that drive. The following sleep cycle broke it again (setting remained visually ON).

The standard front/rear parking sensors and distances work normally.

Same issue here. I reported it to them through the SW feedback email.

There is a workaround: Each time you get in the car, you have to toggle Curb Rash off, then back on, to reactivate it. Then it will work.

The new software seems to deactivate it every time the car goes to sleep.

I just got the chip upgrade and the latest software on my 23 touring yesterday via a mobile technician visit. I love most everything about the upgrade except for the fact that the glove box and the trip efficiency are now stuck on second level menus. Hopefully that is a dress with later updates. I don't have carplay as I own a Samsung Galaxy Ultra but on Android auto I have also experienced some issues using the built in Tidal for music. There are times when I have paused or switched menus and resume music via Tidal and it sounds extremely distorted and scratchy, almost underwater. Not sure what that is about. Two other issues which I don't recall previously:

1) when I slow down to park it does not seem to regularly automatically pull up the parking view and when it does, it no longer shows the number of inches from the curb. I have to admit I have had some rendezvous with the wheels and the curb so I do like the numerical indicator. Did anyone else's disappear?

2)The lane departure warning vibration is extremely aggressive now to the point where my kids are asking what is that noise where they never had previously. I should note that I had the steering wheel replaced yesterday as well under warranty while the chip and the ux3 were upgraded. So maybe that's part of the new steering wheel? It used to be a very subtle vibration which I appreciated in case I started to drift into the next Lane

the new software seems to deactivate curb rash alert every time the car goes to sleep. The janky workaround for now is to toggle it off, then back on, whenever you get in the car. Then it’ll work till to goes to sleep again.

Did both reboots and allowed to sit overnight in a deep sleep, same result. I deleted my phone as a key. I can't see what's there now but the fob still works 🙏.
