Passive unlock & Waking Car Up

I’ve noticed that when passive unlock is disabled, I cannot wake up the vehicle from a remote location. I need to physically go to the vehicle so passive unlock is re-enabled and then I can wake up the car when I am away from the vehicle. Have others seen this issue? I could not find anything on the forum about this…

You should be able to use the phone app to manually unlock, otherwise you need to be in range of the fob and hit unlock. The wake up part is just random TCU connectivity things that are generally temporary, usually I close the app and reopen and it reconnects.

Like @illopp00 said, try closing the phone app and re-opening it.
