Problems with 2.11.0

I've been able to reliably reproduce this bug - when my Air drops below 17mph the pilot panel will deploy without any interaction. I've opened a support request about it so we'll see what they say.

Just updated and same observations, slowing to around ~15 always brings the screen back. In city driving it came down at every red light, but did not return at all during 20 minutes of highway cruising. Also noticed that the screen stays on while stowed— previously it would only be on with the arrow if I got in while the pilot panel was retracted, and if I sent it away, the screen would turn off.

I wonder if these are deliberate as they ensure the pilot panel is as obvious as possible. Not cool if so, I got the car mostly for the ability to stow the big screen. I also worry that even if they fix the pilot panel returning unprompted, they won’t have the screen turn off when stowed like before.
 
Checked...happens more so off highway ...agree deceleration to around 15mph deploys the pilot

Do you have it happen on highway without dropping speeds to ~15? I reliably only have it for the speed thing. If you have it without that, it would indicate an actual bug since it’d be inconsistent between vehicles

It tends to happen consistently at lower speeds and deceleration down to that 15mph number...it all started after the update!
 
I received my update over the weekend. I have a 2024 Air Touring. I purchased the upgraded CCCv2 right after I purchased it and had it installed in June. The update looks really nice, however I am having issues. My initial interaction it didn't recognize me or bring up my profile without the key fob. Have had a couple calls with Customer Service, the first one Aaron was able to get my profile up and running, the second call was because it didn't get my profile as the default. Now, I'm waiting for a call back, as the mobile key is not recognized as a key. It does all the AA things, but no love for entry and locking. The app shows the phone linked and the Pilot Panel shows the phone connected. I have tried unpairing both the phone and the car from each other and reconnecting them as well as a hard reset.

In the notes for install it mentioned that you might have to fully delete your phone / key and reconnect. I had to and ever since its worked perfectly. In fact the key works better than ever. You need to delete the key in the app I think. It was either in the app or the pilot panel.

Possibly to prepare for having the screen available to display cameras for parking?

FWIW, I never tend to have the Pilot Panel stowed, but yesterday I was working on installing dash cams in the car and left the PP open as a place to temporarily house bits and pieces I was using for the install. Stayed stowed the entire time. Car was on because I was streaming audio as I worked.
 
I've had a the same problem as Utrider but my app is not working as well. I
My Lucid air pure 2025 has worked fine for over a year and I was happy with it until the 1.10 update and now the 2.11 update.

1. Lucid app will not connect.
It says to connect the Lucid ID.
2. Schedule charging won't work.
It says temporarily unavailable.
3. Key fob doesn't work reliably when in the past it always worked.
It says low battery.although new battery was recently put in.
4. Connection to the home assistant integration does not work.

These are the I have tried:
1. Soft reboot
2. Hard reboot
3. Unpairing my phone (Android S26 ultra)
4. Repairing my phone
5. Force closing app.
6. Turning on off Bluetooth
7. Turning on and off Wi-Fi
8. Locking the car and leaving it
9. Unlocking the car and leaving it
10. Driving around and leaving it.


What I haven't tiried:
1..Signing out from the app or the car and it has been reported you can't resign in.
I have sent the info to [email protected].

Any suggestions welcome!

When you deleted the app from your phone and unpaired did you also for get the car in devices? Eg bluetooth, start from scratch

I had this issue. I unpaired my phone on the car side. Told it to forget the connection. Did the same on the phone side. So all records of each connection were gone. Rebooted both. Then re-paired and everything works great.
 
Spotify pauses every 2 seconds on Carplay... and I can't get out of Carplay, even when hitting the Lucid tile.... If Lucid native software had messages/texting, I would dump Carplay altogether.
 
People have mentioned this, but I think it bears repeating. I’m driving at night and, my God, they really need some sort of night mode for the lower screen. The last thing you wanna see when you’re driving in the dark is a bright sunny landscape. It’s very distracting. It should switch to some sort of image of the car traveling under the stars or moonlight

I have done that once. I Will try again.
 
I don't now if this has been mentioned regarding the panel un-stowing when driving below 15mph: I believe this is an artifact of it trying to display the surround view when driving slowly. I guess, it can only display it on the lower panel and if the panel is retracted, it needs to un-retract it to show you the surround view. Now, if it really is showing you the surround view, is another mater.

As a side note, I paid more attention today and mine always happens at 17. Held 18 for a few seconds, nothing. Every time it hit 17 the pilot panel came back down. If the speedometer consistently shows +2 it might still be 15 irl.

It really sucks for people who don’t like screens, which I acknowledge is pretty unusual these days
