Just ran the Lucid API... While my Battery Capacity kWh (84.68) seems low, the Battery Health reading on my 2023 Air Pure AWD is 96% after 34 months on the road and 26.1k miles. It's been subject to a very high percentage of DC fast-charging, but on the other hand, moving seasonally between PHX and SEA pretty much keeps it in temperate climates year-round. If this is a reliable reading, I'm quite happy. (Less so if the Battery Capacity kWh is correct.)

Is this the Battery Health % source used at the Lucid Service Centers?

I’d assume yes, given the various reports it doesn’t seem to be a simple time or mileage curve so I’d take it at face value. My 24 Pure with 20k miles (DCFCd maybe 10 times in 2 years) shows 92% SOH (at 78 kWh capacity). Not very happy with that.

Well the number the API spits out is certainly accurate, as in it's the correct number the car has determined. I may be wrong, but I don't believe we (the public) know what that percentage value is actually tied to in terms of the physical state of the battery and related systems. As example - carbonzhp says their battery has 78 kWh capacity out of the factory 88 kWh, which would be just 88% rather than the 92% they report.

My '25 AT dropped pretty quickly to 96% but has held there for the majority of my ownership, and from what I've read on here it seems like many cars hold at this 96% state for many years. Whatever it may mean. I'm cool with that; I haven't perceived any appreciable change to the range over the last ~2 years.

We have never been able to get Lucid to explain that number to us precisely. Remember, this entire API is not public. Folks here sort of hacked it, and Lucid tolerates that, but does not officially support it in any way.

I'd take that battery figure with a grain of salt.

State of health (SOH) is continually calculated by the BMS. They are generally accurate on their own but sometimes can correct a bit with certain routines (charging to full and leaving for a while, draining to 0 then charging to 100, ect). Lots of factors go into SOH and it’s usually a pretty slow changing value to accommodate temperatures. This value sure seems to me like a normal SOH and I personally believe it
