Brake Lights Stopped Working

Has anyone experienced a brake light failure? It’s indicating this on the display and yes, I’ve confirmed that brake and turn signals on the rear light bar are dead. It’s probably best not to drive it in this condition.

I opened a service order a week ago and after 5 calls to customer care still have not received any indication from service that anything will be done. Customer care is really nice and they sound helpful but nothing gets done.

This is unfortunate, but not uncommon. I had to get my brake lights fixed on my Audi a long time ago, but it didn’t have self-diagnostics and I found out after being pulled over. I’m sure we’ve all seen cars with one brake light out, and very rarely, both.

Lucid is actively working on reducing service center wait times and repair turn-around time, according to a service center advisor I talked with. I hope you get your Gravity fixed soon!

Got it back yesterday. It turns out that everything on the rear hatch was not working. Blamed it on a loose ground.
