Apple Key coming to Lucid

Disagree with you on this one. Lucid made it a point to show owners a Gravity video as part of the demo process to secure orders and ultimately sales. That video showed AR on the HUD, Camp Mode, Streaming Apps among other things. It’s not a good look if they just decide to wipe their hands of promises made. No idea why they can’t even have all the Sanctuary Mode videos they showed off. They promoted that mode so heavily and then only gave part of the videos shown, it’s weird.
I get it. I just don’t think they can deliver on those Gravity features and make sure the midsize software and production stays on track and I’d rather not have those features on my Gravity and have Lucid stay in business. I do think it’s binary, but hope I am wrong as I would love those features on my Gravity and believe/hope PaaK is the next big one.

We really need a phone key tired of carrying fob coming from Tesla this was available from day1. I am a bit surprised and shocked that they haven’t launch this yet.

This should be on the top of their list.

Well there's the Lucid iOS app update (with bland one-liner note), right on schedule! Now for the beta testers and then announcement next week maybe? One can dream~

There's also an update for Lucid's Android app, to version 2.18.1

It's not tied directly to IOs 27 release tho. We should, very hopefully, be getting it in the next Gravity software update, which if holds, is next month. So hang in there all. I know so many want it like many months ago and I'm not trying to be their apologist or make excuses bc it really shouldn't have taken this long, but I am pretty confident we are going to see it very soon.

It may or may not be. There was code found in the iOS 27 beta backend a while back with LCID identifier. So I don't think it's a stretch to make a semi-educated guess there is a decent possibility of a dependency on iOS27. Of course, it doesn't mean Lucid will have PaaK ready that soon after iOS 27 is out either.

That's all I'm saying. It's not tied to ios27 release today. It may have needed it (I still doubt it) but it was never promised to release exactly on ios27 release. Ios27 will be here till next September. Let's just temper expectations and hope for sooner rather than later.

Woah. “Temper expectations”. Come on now. Read the room here. I “Compromise Nothing” and that goes for my expectations as well! 🤣

"Compromise Nothing" and "Lucid Owner" are mutually exclusive propositions 😂

🤣 My bad! 😂

And as I say temper expectations…

It’s coming folks….temper nothing 🤣🤣🤣

I'll let you iPhone folks go ahead and debug Lucid's UWB keys, just sitting back in the shade, waiting for my Android turn.

Take this with a grain of salt as I've only had my Lucid Air for two weeks, but in that time, I've only ever had my Android Pixel 8 Pro on me; I don't even carry a key! Love that feature.

The PAAK capability on my '25 AGT has been solidly mediocre. Does iOS 27 improve its performance?

No, the thread is about Gravity only which will use a completely different technology.
