A huge thank-you to the outstanding service team in Richmond, Virginia!
I was able to schedule directly by phone for the seat-recall work on our Gravity and an issue with my third-row seat not latching properly. From the start, communication was excellent. The team stayed in touch by text, confirmed my appointment the day before, and provided a loaner vehicle because I live an hour away and they needed to keep mine overnight.
They kept me updated throughout the entire process, completed everything on time as promised, and even had my vehicle freshly washed when I arrived to pick it up. They are slammed and appointments are over a month out but they still delivered a great experience.
Mason and Shawn are absolute rock stars! Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I’m truly grateful to have such a terrific service team close to home.
