Gravity Software version 3.6.2 will fix my DDPro issue?

Most places I hear is taking a few weeks at least. So hoping Lucid announces and does something very soon about expanding service….
this 100%....I was able to schedule a service appt in San Jose though (since I get to see this big red error alert across my cockpit screen everywhere I drive now)

...but it's in late August 🙄

BTW, to stay on topic: never had any persistent errors before 3.6
(but as has been suggested by those much wiser than me about such things: it's most likely a hardware issue)

Just drove from NYC to Durham, NC. I got hands-free twice, each for less than 5 minutes. The rest of the time the orange eye thing showed “off” and driving assist was marked “feature unavailable”…
That is in spite of numerous soft and hard reboots of the car. Maybe the face recognition camera overheats?
Now that I leave hours away from a service center, I sure hope the next software update will fix this…

3.6.3 is has been released. If it doesn't fix your issue, I'm sure that Lucid would want to know: [email protected]

Yup, saw that, but not pushed to my car yet. And the release notes do not seem to mention my issue.
Plus, I hope this update pushes without me having to spend hours on the phone… I got 3.6 five weeks after everyone else…

Drove from Houston to Florida last Saturday and when I was just passed Baton Rouge around Hammond the hands-free crapped out and I haven't had hands-free or lane assist since. I have rebooted and hard rebooted and neither hands-free or lane assist wants to work. Hopefully this will help!

Make sure your cameralenses are clean. A bug splat blocking the camera's vision will disable it. Same with heavy rain and road spray.

Hands-free only occasionally worked for me for a few minutes at a time. I washed my car and made it 130 miles before it quit. It's hard not to wonder how well it's going to work if we have to keep stopping to clean all the sensors..... I really enjoy driving the Gravity with or without hands free. Great car.

Do you have 3.6.3 and it still doesn't work?

No, I'm still on 3.6.0. Hands-free works great when it works full-time. I know I'm going to like it when I get 3.6.3.

I drove back from the Redneck Riviera to Houston yesterday and used hands-free for most of the 600+ miles. I guess it finally got over its temper tantrum it threw when it stopped working on the way there a week ago. Not sure why it decided to work again, it wouldn't for most of the last week and I haven't received the new update yet, but it does make the drive a lot more pleasurable. Looking forward to more stability in the future with this system.

Also just did the roundtrip from Austin to 30A in Florida (~1500 miles total) and hands-free worked great overall and was available for the vast majority of the trip. There were a few instances where it would give me a warning and disengage suddenly, but then seconds later allowed me to re-engage (not sure why). Hopefully the new update fixes those instances, but they were not frequent. And the system disengaged appropriately when it spotted construction zones on I-10, as it seemed to spot the cones.
