Every time I drive my Air GT, I am taken by how great the steering wheel is for me. I'm sure this is very subjective, but I just love the thickness, firmness, tactile feedback of utility of the steering wheel. Just another great thing about my car.
I'm unapologetically a fan of the Gravity's steering wheel. I find it very comfortable for 10 & 2 driving. I like how you know where on the wheel your hand is by how it feels. Turns feel fine to me, even 90 degree or more ones. One hand on the corner of the wheel and one sliding along the flat as it rolls over. People don't immediately like what they're not used to, but this literally took just a few drives to feel right to me and better than my other vehicle.

Yes having driven a variety of pure sports cars and sport sedans/coupes over the years, they nailed the Air's wheel IMO. Perfect size and the slight flat bottom adds sportiness.
