(POSTPONED) Join Us for an Ask-Me-Anything with Erwin Raphael, Senior Vice President of Global Revenue, June 18 at 9:30 pm Pacific

WTH. I created a Reddit account just so I could add an AMA question only to find out the thread is locked and that "New comments cannot be posted."

All I wanted to ask is if there would be a model year 2027 Air or not. I remember seeing a quote from the interim CEO Winterhoff saying "I don't want to be in the sedan segment" but I hope Lucid doesn't abandon the Air so soon. Not everyone cares about yet another SUV.
Hi, we closed the thread to give us the opportunity to compile the questions that were pre-submitted. You will have the opportunity to ask additional questions when we officially open the AMA on Thursday at 9:30 am Pacific. We look forward to having you join us then!

Due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts, we must unfortunately postpone the AMA with Erwin Rafael at this time. We greatly appreciate the questions and the interest, and we plan to share a revised date for the AMA as soon as possible. Thank you.

I don’t want to assume anything, but this looks bad for Lucid from a customer standpoint. It looks like real questions that address real customer issues were brought up and Lucid doesn’t want to address them.

Something more important than talking with customers and prospective customers?

<shocker> 🤬

Very Lucid of Lucid to avoid the tough questions in a very Lucid way

Perhaps there is a legitimate reason to postpone. If so, @marqie should let us what it is.

If your assertion is correct
vis-a-vis, Lucid execs were alarmed by the questions pre-submitted, there is your answer right there....they are totally out of touch!

I would imagine that Lucid got the difficult feedback they needed. It may be too soon under the new CEO to announce any changes.

We don’t need questions answered, we need celebrity and actor budget cancelled and moved to service department budget.
I think you have hit on the answer!

That's true, well said

This reminds me of when a guy from Apple Music (of all companies!) was going to do a reddit ama. The amount of pointed critical questions that flew at that thread lead to its eternal postponement.

Is Erwin Rafael next to go?

I HAVE NO INFORMATION THAT HE IS - JUST CONJECTURE! PLEASE DO NOT READ ANYTHING INTO MY QUESTION!

Maybe health reasons, or other more critical company work , or they wanted to come up with a plan to address these issues and then hold the Reddit. Many legitimate reasons to cancel. No need to get all worked up.

And no other company will tell you why so don’t expect Lucid to.

I’m going with “massive company changes and org shakeup, better things to do than a Reddit AMA”

I think they were hoping for more “How do I place an order” questions and not the overwhelming number of “Your service department is a train wreck and what are you doing about it” questions.

I think you are right. Raphael's portfolio is Senior VP of Global Revenue.

If what you said is true, it shows how removed they are from reality.
