Unable to use my points

Keep getting an error when I am trying to buy the frunk seat with points, saying “your card number is incomplete “
Does anybody know how to fix this.

I decide to contact customer service.

Is your CC on file correct? My guess is a valid card must be on file even though you are using rewards points (maybe for shipping).

Possible issues: wrong type of credit card, accessing the site through a VPN, problem on the Lucid side.
