Navigation issue with Gravity

I am one month into my lease of Gravity and a very annoying issue is the navigation. The car gps is pointing to a wrong location and the navigation system keeps saying recalculating and tries to find a route.
This has happened to me several times. The help service guided me to reboot. Did not work.
I now have a service call on this

Am I the only one having this issue? It is a serious one for me because I cannot depend on cars navigation.

A few have reported this problem. I had it for a day or so on my Air. Best to continue with service.

My Gravity is now 7 months and 5000 miles from delivery. The Lucid navigation was useless in the mountains of Virginia.
Totally befuddled in and out of cell service. I downloaded the maps but the next time I went I used my iphone google maps.
Thank Lucid for getting Carplay going. I don't even try to use the Lucid navigation but Google maps works perfectly in Carplay.
I did find the Lucid charger locator in the North Carolina mountains and it identified the Tesla chargers that were available and correctly ID'd the "incompatible" ones.

Downloading maps into Lucid's nav isn't enough. You also have to manually switch nav to Offline mode. Then back to online mode once you regain cell service, if you want the features of online navigation. Unlike Google, it doesn't auto:switch.

I must have missed that in the manual.
No, I just checked and the (version that I have) manual says it will switch automatically.
Maybe I need to update that.

I stand corrected. My Air would only use offline maps if set to offline mode. Looks like Gravity is different, or at least the manual says it is.

The mountains of Virginia are a charging desert. I’m surprised you could drive there. You must’ve had access to a home charger.
