2023 Lucid Air Touring
I am leaving my 2023 Lucid Air Touring in the garage for 7 weeks while traveling. I only have the AC charging cable that came with the car connected to 110 v 15 amp circuit. I know that Lucid recommends keeping it plugged on while away. Any suggestions on how to set up the charging schedule. I expect temps in the garage to vary from 60 to 90 while we are gone.?

No schedule is needed. You can just set the max charge in the range of 50-80%, and leave the car plugged in.

I'm not sure why you would need to set up a charging schedule. Just set the charge limit at the level you want to maintain (maybe 50% or 60% for an extended absence), and the car will initiate charging whenever it needs to as long as it is plugged in.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have time of use billing and my super off-peak hours are midnight to 6 am. Can I safely set those hours for charging and have enough daily charge to keep up with the needs of a car that is going anywhere?

I would expect that would be OK.
But electricity use would be minimal while you are away, so maybe better to charge anytime it is needed, in case the car's scheduled charging fails to work properly if left plugged in for a long time.

Yes. It might lose 3% charge a week in those temps. So if you schedule around 4:00AM with a limit of 65% it will just start and keep it there, otherwise you can always use the app to force it.

You might want to increase the tire pressure to maximum limit shown on sidewall to reduce the chance of flat spots, as the Air is a heavy car. Lucid had to replace two rear tires on our Air a couple of years ago after leaving it parked too long during an extended service visit (although that was on hot tarmac).

I would charge the car to about 60% and leave it be. Most EVs would be fine to be left for 2 months like that.
To make it so it doesn't keep starting and stopping charging when it loses a tiny bit of charge overtime, charge it to 65 and then set the charging limit in the app to 60.

I just left my Touring for 5 months, plugged in with charging set to 65%. At times, the temps (in the NE) were extremely frigid so ocassionaly the car would wake up to run the battery for warmth. I inflated the tires to the max pressure & everything was copasetic upon my return. Relax & enjoy your trip.

Thats seems like the best idea.
I left my Air GT for 5 weeks during NE cold spell in February ( garaged but still cold/ battery showed blue cold symbol) set charge to 65% but kept it plugged in and yes it would charge a bit every few days but I didn't see any downside to that either?

OMG, you could write a book - "A Series of Unfortunate Events" by Lemony Snippets (pen name of @hmp10 )

65% makes more sense for daily use, but the manual states 50% for storage:

To Lucid's credit, they didn't wait for me to find out and request new tires. They contacted me before returning the car to tell me that they had replaced the two rear tires due to flat spots that driving didn't resolve.
