Just curious about the steps forward both in regard to addressing glitches as well as progress of this amazing vehicle. i have not noticed any recent comments from Nick Twork or any other Lucid staff members.

They should all probably do themselves a big favor by staying quiet until the key fob or lock/unlock issue is completely resolved on both Air and Gravity. Like or hate Elon; I bet he would have slept at the factory if needed until this issue is fixed and he wouldn't have let it drags on for this long.

This. If four years isn’t enough years to fix the entry issues on the Air, how many years is enough years?

One second hand FB post mentioned a minor OTA but so far nothing materialized.

The last Nick post I saw mentioned the major OTA with hands free DriveAssist was originally end of April but delayed for quality.

Elon has lied about so many Tesla issues / defects that its hard to take him seriously about anything any more

Lying about features is one thing, but failing to fix a feature that's not working as expected it for 4 years is unexcusable.

I'm guessing you are on HW3 and the software they haven't updated in almost 1.5 years. HW4 and version 14.2+ have been amazing.
 
I was on HW3. Which was sold as being future proof for FSD. I paid for FSD on three Teslas and got it on exactly none so you’ll excuse me if I don’t think very highly of Elon or Tesla.
 
My guess is an incremental "robustness" update in the next couple of weeks and then a feature release by early June that includes hands-free highway drive assist, automated lane change, and traffic light detection, and perhaps, though only if Air has already gotten it since it is going to Air first, Lucid Intelligence given that it's now been previewed in-depth in a YouTube video. There's also a Yoga video in Sanctuary Mode that has been shown before that shows up again in one of the latest social media videos, so I wonder if that's coming soon as well. PaaK has been promised for "summer" -- my guess is July/August, but people are pushing hard for it so perhaps sooner as well.
 
Last two weeks of May for Lucid to get PaaK Hands Free DriveAssist update in🤞

ohhh maybe it was hands free DriveAssist? Its been too long since I have caught up... I will edit my post to not spread confusion thanks!
 
New app for ios out today, in the past an app update hinted car update soon after but... the app release notes don't look promising lol
 
The Android update was dated May 19. Release notes looked like mostly things for international support.

I personally wouldn't look to Musk as the benchmark I aspire to. But I agree that it's baffling it has taken Lucid's leadership team so long to take the issue seriously. The leadership who have been pushed out probably deserved it, including Rawlinson. Rawlinson led the company to do a lot of great engineering, but the details matter, and when you're in that position it's not okay to let some of them slide.

Side note regarding the weird contradictions in Lucid's product line-up: Autoblog has published two articles on May 20th about Lucid. In one, they wrote about the Lucid Gravity GT winning "best luxury SUV" at NWAPA Mudfest, with the author of that piece writing: "It simply does not drive like most other cars. It moves like a spacecraft engineered by aliens who have mastered gravity in ways humans have not yet understood—as if it had taken the laws of physics from a foreign planet with it when it arrived on Earth." But they also published an article about test driving an Air Touring for a week, and talked quit a bit about the software woes, including the tester driver's difficulty getting the vehicle to unlock reliably.
