Service B

Yeah, I had the CCCV2 installed with some other minor things that should have been a one day thing. Gave me a new Pure loaner but it ended up taking 5 days! I should say that I confirmed they had the module in stock on the day I dropped my car off. My best guess is that they are wildly behind in their service but can't cancel or move back scheduled appointments. So cars just sit for days before any tech gets started on them. I can't complain too much since I got a new model loaner, but it seems like.an inefficient (storing all those cars) and expensive model (loaners and rentals) compared to hiring the necessary technicians.

Yep, they shouldn’t have fired the service guys at least. Feels pretty silly to do that when you have a huge recall. Like I said, Lucid leadership needs to change. They need a whole culture change. People are losing faith.

Hope CEO sees these posts and understands how frustrated everyone is. Wonder how much they spent on “ investors day” . Could have kept a few service techs. Improve morale in your company.

Maybe Saudis forced the cuts, but there in lies another problem, Saudi interference. A double edged sword.

Mine took a week as well. Of course it is better than the 8 weeks it took service to do the Gravity delivery punch list items.
