Chicago service center gone quiet?

Anyone else been able to schedule maintenance at the Chicago service center? I haven't gotten a hold of anyone in over a month. My regular service center contact hasn't texted back, no one has picked-up when calling the service center, and haven't received any call backs after leaving voicemails. Others have reported scheduling service from the app has been shutoff for other locations, but those folks have been able to directly contact for service.

I had the same issue. I finally reached somebody on a different number than their main line. They told me they were switching they phone system or something. Anyhow i have a direct number to my service guy. You can dm me if u need it

That's helpful, thank you. I reached out to customer care email and they were able get Chicago service center to reach out.

Same here, the app and phone system was changed and doesn't update and get connected to them. I had to call the Studio and use the number routing from that system to get to the Service Center number. Service Manager is super accommodating, now I have direct text.
