Finally dragged my wife out to a Lucid studio to consider something other than a Tesla and she fell in love with the Gravity last weekend. We went back on Sunday morning and placed an order on an in transit Ground Touring with most all options we wanted and one we didn’t (third row).

The discounts, extra money on our Model X in trade and 0% financing made it make sense.

After a set of Orion Stealth wheels and will get the tow hitch installed (mainly in case we need to us a cargo tray or bike carrier)

We’ve had four Model 3’s and two Model X’s; looking forward to our first non-Tesla EV experience

- hope to see you out there!

Dropped off at the shop the day after we brought it home for 3M crystalline tint, clear and also color shift PPFF and ceramic coating.

Now, to put some miles on it and find an Orion 21/22 set of wheels

It’s called “frosted midnight” which is satin and grayish black at night but dark vivid blue when lit. Also a tinge of dark purple at certain angles
Sure good to see a new VA area member - Welcome! Car looks awesome. Would you recommend your vendor? Any problems with sensors afterwards? I’ve been interested in doing something like that but it seems like shops mentioned in this forum are usually California based.

Like me you’re exactly what Lucid wants which is converts sick of Tesla for whatever reason. There are growing pains like early Tesla days, but I think it’ll be worth sticking it out.

I’m actually trying to convince my mother-in-law to get a gravity. She was an original model X owner and had the car for about eight years.

Slightly rainy day and we made a Southern States run for spring flower baskets for our covered porch, a right of passage this time of year.

The sheer volume inside vs our Model X; this was never a single trip.

And had to get some clean pics finally
