I just noticed the trim on the inside of the rear gate has bowed in the middle such that I can see camera assembly and wiring, but it seems to be properly attached on both sides.
I tried gently pushing it in place in the middle, but it's not budging easily and I'm afraid to break something.
Has anyone else seen this issue? Can it be fixed as DIY or do I need to visit the SC?

I'd say service center visit.
Any DIY may not be as permanent as what the service center might do.

I’ll wager that if you take yoru car to your local Service Centre, they’ll swap that panel out, no charge, no questions asked.
