Halo Secure doesn’t record while parked?

Unfortunately, it seems that Halo Secure doesn’t save recordings on collision detection while parked (software 3.4.1).

I got a collision notification alert while my car was parked. I rushed to my Gravity and looked all around the car, but it seemed fine. It wasn’t until I got my car washed that I noticed someone had scraped the front corner bumper; it’s easy to miss except at certain angles.

This was at work, so I figured I had a good shot at finding the person who did it. However, all the Halo Secure recordings were only while I was driving – never while parked.

Is anyone else getting recordings while parked and an incident is triggered?

Hmmm….. I thought it recorded when it detected a ding etc also. That’s annoying if it doesn’t but it’s still in beta so maybe something that still needs some fine tuning.
