Tesla Magic Dock

[coupedncal]

I just discovered Tesla Superchargers have a new built in adapter called Magic Dock that will allow us Air owners to charge on Tesla superchargers without bringing in our own NACS to CCS adapter.

Check out this video that came up on top in my google search.

Is there a filter in the Lucid app charging tab to match with Tesla superchargers with this magic dock availablity?

If this is a real possibility for us then this is a game changer for us non NACS vehicle owners.

This was before Lucid agreed to use NACS.

There are only a few locations in the US with Magic Dock. They aren't moving forward with more. You'll want the adapter instead.

I have the Tesla app and an account where I have told it that I have a lucid and no adapter. When looking for charging on the app, Tesla will only show stations that will work with your set up. I have used a magic dock fast charger as well as magic dock destination chargers.

You’ll have more options if you bring your own adapter…
