I intended to schedule a service visit (for a noisy steering wheel) through the Lucid App. But the App flat out doesn't allow scheduling in Miami (no matter how far out you try). Has anyone been able to schedule service through the app? Ironically, I had just gone ahead extended my lease for a few more months to see how the car held up - but not being able to schedule service is pretty crazy.

The app doesn't seem to work for scheduling service. I was in Miami yesterday (out on a cruise now) and stopped by the Lucid shop and spoke with their folks and service manager. Really good team there and I'm sure you could call and they get you taken care of!

Maybe it's just me, but the inability of scheduling service through the app really bothers me. I don't mind calling, but them forcing all the service communication through phone calls leaves no written trail. Then it's always your word against theirs. Plus, it makes it harder to share details about the issue you are asking the vehicle to be serviced for.

Thanks for the feedback.

I agree. I've had issues with responsiveness through the phone calls. Thanks for the response.

Schedule has been blocked out here in so cal for awhile. I just text the cs line and they put a ticket in for me at a local center. Within a few days the center calls me or texts me.

I was able to get a mobile service schedule two weeks from the date they called me back, which seems decent enough. The last time I schedule a mobile it was a month out.

Same here in the Bay Area. Online Scheduling always blacked out. For my recent Air annual maintenance, must have called Millbrae a dozen times, no one ever picked up. I hate phone tag so eventually took the option to call customer service. After 15 minutes on hold I gave up. A few days later I was in the area so just stopped by and they instantly set it up. Day later, got a text and date for mobile service and a week later they came to my driveway and did the work even though I could not be there.

Except for the initial contact, the whole experience was first class. In the follow up review I said exactly that. Everything spectacular except actually being able to talk to someone to schedule service (something that has never been a problem even when I had a Tesla, or with any other car company for decades). Todd them please just hire someone to answer the damn phone, and besides that totally happy with the experience.

Next time, I'll try texting CS if this is still an issue.

I'm not sure about onsite service work, but I wonder if there is an effort to optimize mobile. Traveling sales man sorta situation. Although, I've never booked mobile via the app and only done it by texting someone.
