Bluetooth phone connection bugs

Often, when I make or receive calls on my Samsung fold 5 phone, I connect, hear them perfectly, but they can't hear me. I turn off Bluetooth on my phone and, voila, they hear me fine on my phone held up to my ear--really convenient while driving. Then I'll park, go shopping, and it works fine again--until it doesn't.
Also, sometimes the audio gets really robotic and choppy. I'll quickly toggle the Bluetooth off then on and it restores everything to normal again. This typically happens when wirelessly charging. Anyone else experiencing this? Tips?
Same problem using my Samsung S24, about 20% of my call sounded terrible to the other party, moved to speaker to return to normal audio...Changed over to a Google Pixel 10, still a problem but only about 5% ....The other issue is that I have to manually reconnect my device about 20% of the time. Love the car otherwise:)

The only way that I found to fix this problem is to buy an external Bluetooth speaker that attaches to the visor of your Lucid. I’ve had several other issues with my vehicle with their software. They don’t seem to really care to fix anything, but they’re really good at dancing around the truth. See link
