Lucid Network no longer Authenticating

Both Tesla and Electrify America worked for me up until today. Now both give authentication errors. Charging now at ChargePoint. As Lucid Customer Care is not open today, any ideas? Anyone else having this problem? Thanks!

I saw some people complaining on Facebook that the app wasn't letting them log in either so I think Lucid was having server issues overnight.

Yes, EA authentication issue, but I was able to change using the Lucid app and selecting the stall number.

Thanks. Was this with the most recent Lucid app, available from Apple this past weekend (2.13.0)? Because I tried the app stall selector and it didn’t work for me, so I am wondering if it’s a new app issue. Thanks

Has anyone else had Tesla or Electrify America plug and charge issues in the past few days?

I had issue with a Mercedes ChargePoint charger, but no issues with Tesla on my road trip this past weekend. My car did have a communication error with data over cellular yesterday, but that seems to have been resolved this morning. No idea if the two issues are related.
