The cars internal software always had issues, now the software team has broken the mobile app as well ..Everytime I try to perform an action I get the 'That didn't work' banner...app becomes dead...have to force shutdown...restart app and then it will let me perform one action...very frustrating...software team needs to be retrained or rehired... absolutely ridiculous...anyone else seeing this after the 2.12 app update on Android? My phone is Pixel 10 Pro XL

I have quite a bit over the past few days. It didn't start right after the update and it's not happening today, so I suspect it's something to do with their service the app is accessing.

I thought there might have been something wrong with it because I had "Vehicle offline" for the last two days at work when I tried to warm it up before leaving, and that correlated with the app update. Doesn't happen at home with wifi though and I'll be hunkered down for snowmagedeon, so I won't be able to confirm an ongoing issue until later in the week.

Mine's been fine.

I spoke too soon, just started having the same issue. Also Pixel 10 Pro XL.

I think it’s their infrastructure, beyond our control. I had iPhone and it’s been super slow for no reason. After the last update it was amazingly fast but two days later, shit again. I was 2000 miles from home and the app would wake my car up in a few seconds. Get home, right next to the car again, and it’s slow. It’s gotta be something internal with Lucid.

Not that anyone cares, but still can't send navigation from app to gravity

Mine seems to be working fine. I've been monitoring my charge in preparation for the snowpocalypse.
Android app v 2.12.0 (4337) on Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.

Yup having the issue on my Pixel 10 Pro. The app basically doesn't refresh if opening it up while it's been in the background. Have to keep force closing it so it tries to wake up the car.
That would explain the problems I noticed today - it's like the app didn't wake the car.

No new problems here so far as I can tell. Pixel 9 Pro XL

I did the whole remove the devices, remove the mobile key thing again. Restarted the car. Restarted the phone. Basically tried to refresh everything. Reinstalled the Lucid app and boom just like that.... absolutely no change back to the same crap... Some Days I swear it feels like Lucid is trying to find new ways to break things and to see how much they can spread their owners thin simply while they're trying to get into their $100,000 plus dollar cars

I had vehicle offline earlier but it's okay now. S23
Are you on WiFi now? That's what I noticed.

Also I did try force closing/opening when the vehicle was offline at work, and it didn't make a difference. So that might be a separate bug than the not refreshing one.

I got stuck with an odd Android app thing on my Air Pure AWD wherein the app thought my trunk was open when it was not, but it would not respond when I would hit the trunk open/close icon. The good news was that everything worked fine in the car. The app remained messed up even after deleting both of the vehicle's Bluetooth connections, relinking the app, reconnecting the phone and doing a logo reset. What did ultimately work was holding down the Lucid app icon, pressing the app info button, doing a Force Stop, and then restarting the app. Try that first if you get stuck in a fashion similar to what happened to me. It's quick, and low risk.

I am seeing the same bug in gravity
