Out of Spec 3 Row EV race - Lucid Gravity driven by Kyle

We arrived to Key West with like to 25-30%, so we definitely overcharged in Key Largo. By the time we got to Miami it was clear we were 4th place, so we phoned it in a bit at the end.

Nothing against Team Model X, but getting the X plugged in and charging is significantly easier than the IQ. I did my best to get it plugged in and going at almost every stop, but that wasn't really evident from the videos.

It’s sad how everyone hates on our long videos. Plenty of other creators to watch, you don’t need to watch us! We have an audience that loves this stuff and it’s the only reasonable financial way we can pull off these races

Sorter recap videos to come
I would like shorter too but am cool with them because you actually care about performance handling, steering precision and such. It seems like every other reviewer nowadays only cares about crap like bitching about minutae that doesn't affect the driving experience at all like adjusting mirrors via software. Keep it!

I don’t quite understand why the Buzz was included. Given its range, there was a 0% chance it was going to win.

I do have a friend who loves their Buzz, but it’s because they like the space for kids and stuff and tbh y never, ever road trip.
We own a buzz for our family of four, and although it gets enthusiastically positive comments from strangers everywhere we go in it (seriously we can’t get groceries without being accosted), it absolutely suuuuuucks at road-tripping. It’s so pathetic VW should be completely ashamed of themselves. My wife’s heartbroken, it was her dream car and she hates it.

Our new Gravity DE is light years better in every possible metric. And yes, the Gravity is more expensive, but the Buzz is a $70,000 car!!! It’s not friggin cheap either!!

For all the complaints here about lucid software — we infinitely prefer it to the Buzz’s infuriatingly uncooperative and terribly designed software.

I bet the Buzz was the most comfortable transport!

I had a VW Eurovan with a built-in table for 26 years. My kids and our dogs love that van!

It has a lot of empty interior space, I’ll give it that, but as for actual comfort? No way. All four of us agree the Gravity is way more comfortable in all 3 rows.

Had a rental of the Buzz last week and it was quite enjoyable for a daily driver and the interior room was amazing! I couldn't imagine road tripping it. We can go from our home in North Alabama to Orlando and stop to charge one time in the Gravity, the Buzz would take maybe 5 or 6! Noooo thank you! Gravity got it beat in about every way.
