I cannot send navigation info from (iphone) google maps to Gravity.

2026 Lucid Gravity DDP
In my iphone 16 pro, using google maps, when I click on an address and click the "share" > "Lucid" I get a very brief "select vehicle" that quickly changes to a "sign in to the Lucid mobile app to continue." page. I am signed into the Lucid mobile app. I get the same response from apple maps. I also can't send a location from the lucid app to my car. I called Lucid and they tried to work through this with me and said that they haven't seen this before and that they would forward that on to their software people.

has anyone had (and fixed) this problem? I appreciate any help.
 
Don’t bother with it. Even when you can send an address the car receives it but doesn’t know how to navigate to it. Has been that way since day 1.

Something I’m told is on the list to address.
 
It's on the Air too. Most recent update messed it up. I used it all the time, and Lucid seems to be in no hurry to fix it.
 
It never worked for the Gravity
 
This is one of those features that I used very frequently for 10 years with my Model S that is lack in the Lucid Air and is maddening to me. There are many, many features that are still missing in the app that seem like they should have already been there (I've been in software engineering for 30 years). I'm hoping that the changes in the software leadership Winterhoff mentioned at the CES show last week help to change the lack of progress on software features.

Sounds like the focus for the next few months is gonna be bug fixing, not new features. Unfortunate but it makes sense.

Well, this is a bug they need to fix for both Air & Gravity
 
Mine will send to Gravity. Important though - do not put destination into the lower part of iphone screen - use magnifying glass (search) on right side of screen for destination, then send to car. Works every time. It will rerun a route once you get inside your car, but it is a way for you to get the destination into the car without their keyboard

That doesn't work for me, so just to be clear since I'm dense:

In the Gravity App on the iPhone after I press the 'Send to Vehicle' button and get the 'Location Sent to Vehicle' message and press the 'Dismiss' button and then get a grayed out 'Sent' button message that I have to clear with the X button what happens next?

For me its crickets in the Gravity. Can't find where it might have stored something. The Map app doesn't open, if open nothing indicates anything?

Checked that my phone opens my profile when opening car. Note that dealer had it as guest. Doesn't work either way.
 
Does not work in my 2026 Air Touring either. I use this a lot in my 2025 RAM 1500 Tungsten pickup. Search for something in the app, send it to the truck. Works great.

Same here. I was going to comment on this one Friday saying it worked just fine in the Air. I've used it for almost a year now about 1-2 times a month. Then I tried it Saturday and it didn't work :rolleyes: very happy I didn't comment earlier haha.
