It’s Android Automotive, yes. A significantly better implementation of it. UX 3 looks good tho. Soon!
 
It does look to be the same. I wouldn't be surprised, whoever is manufacturing them for Lucid would likely want to maximize their production and sell to as many people as will buy them.
 
It might be my eyes playing tricks but the bezels on the right / left sides seem thicker on the GM vehicle.

You're right. That's one chunky puppy compared to the Gravity housing which is surprisingly thin

While I admire GM for being one of few legacy automakers taking EV's seriously, GM's solution seems to be "the bigger the better" especially with battery packs
