Can't Add Key Fobs or Key Cards to Lucid Gravity after Factory Reset

I recently did a factory reset on my Gravity because it kept defaulting to the Guest profile, which was super annoying—especially since you can’t change profiles while driving and none of my apps are signed in under Guest.

After the reset, I tried adding my key fob and two key cards, but none of them actually get added to the vehicle or my profile. They still unlock the car, but they don’t show up in the system at all. I also tried resetting the key fob, but that didn’t help either.

The instructions say to exit the vehicle, lock it, then unlock it to add the key. I’ve done this over and over with both the key fob and the key cards, but nothing ever gets added.

On top of that, the car still defaults to the Guest profile even after the reset.

Anyone else run into this?

Guidance I have heard is DO NOT do factory reset unless Lucid customer service has recommended you do so and ideally it should only be done by Lucid tech.

I had an issue where one key fob was on a guest profile and the other fob and key cards were on my profile. I went into guest profiles and removed the fobs from all/any guest profiles. Then I locked and returned and used the other key fob, now not in a profile, and it asked if I wanted to add that fob to my profile. No profile issues after that.
