Just watched the whole thing. Having driven over 80k miles in my touring over the last 2.8 years, I can say that I disagree with her overall assessment. However, I also feel like her review including the dumb stick with the hand that she kept smacking on the car, her mannerisms, and her biases (including not caring enough to figure out how to change the display to miles remaining) are very indicative of the general population.
So, the takeaway for Lucid from this video should probably be 'we have a bunch more work to do if we want to sell more cars to the general population' because this is how they will view the car. Yes, it's an engineering marvel and a great car to drive. But it's expensive and a decent amount of the user expectations are not met with the current hardware and software design.
I've actually said this before. I love the car and am willing to tolerate the quirks. The general population, however, will not accept or tolerate them and certainly won't pony up the wad of cash needed to buy one just to deal with the things they don't like.
