Tom has posted a new range test for Gravity

I just finished watching from earlier. 400! Far more encouraging than previous tests. The cold really seems to make a bigger difference in the Gravity than most EVs.

400 at 70 from a 450 EPA is more what I was expecting/hoping from the first announcement.

Just finishing it up and I think he'd have gotten even more if he had preconditioned the battery or it hadn't gotten so cold overnight. Much better result! That efficiency he got is higher than I've ever seen on mine and not heard of anyone posting numbers that high. The cold definitely seems to have a hard effect. I'll see for myself tomorrow as I head from the colder temps in north Alabama, down to much warmer Orlando.

Probably, but the more encouraging part to me is what we could be getting in the summer. 3.5 MPK and 420 could be attainable at 70 MPH in summer temps.

I know many say "the difference between 350 and 400 is meaningless because my bladder can't go that far anyway", but no one drives 100-0% on a real road trip. We're driving more like 100-20% on the first leg, and 80-20% on successive legs. And faster than 70 MPH. 450 shrinks to 250 fast. Which is why every extra mile on the stretch test translates to meaningful miles on real world legs.
