As you said, we need PaaK. But I fear it will have to interact with same whack software causing fob issues, so those must be fixed first.

Funny you mention that. I traded in my 2024 Model Y for my Gravity. We never once used the key cards after we took delivery, is was all PaaK. After dropping off the trade in on Friday we got a call Saturday morning that neither key card was still working. They had no way to get into the car at the SC. I had deleted the car from my account so there was nothing I could do and I was no longer the owner so Tesla wasn't going to talk to me. I told them to call Tesla service to send out a mobile tech to get into the car and reprogram the key cards.
 
Lucid cannot sell directly to customers in Pennsylvania because of state franchise laws that prevent manufacturers from selling new cars directly to the public, a restriction that only Tesla was grandfathered into after a 2014 law change. Tesla has a unique exemption because it was the only electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer that existed and fit the criteria in 2014, while Lucid and other newer EV companies are blocked by this law.

Good point. I think it's the same in NY, that's why I couldn't get financing directly from Lucid/BoA
 
new owner, taking delivery in few weeks , just got a VIN number. What is Paak?
 
As far as anyone knows, are the accessories given at delivery still the same as when this topic was started months ago -- 1 FOB 2 card keys, the 2 adapters and the mobile charger?

Yes, I took delivery on Friday 12/19 and that's exactly what I was given as well as the hitch for the tow package.
