What is your electricity (kWh) cost at home ?

Around 20c/kWh from my MA town, not including fees, though I have solar to offset some of it

You must live in a town with its own utility!

Here in Lincoln, we have Eversource. A friend who recently retired from Eversource told me that about a third of my electricity bill is due to transfers and subsidies. (I'm a recipient of some of those subsidies, with my solar array.)

In Maine, we pay about 8¢ less, even though MA and ME are both in the same ISO-NE, and the wholesale electricity prices in each state are nearly the same.
 
14.5c/kWh is my rate in IL, but I have solar panels, so most of the warmer months, cost is zero.
 
15 cents/kWh in VA. Chargepoint tabulates charging at home. Had free EA charging for three years until recently so road trips wil cost three times more than home charging.
 
Sarasota Florida, .15/kwh which includes all taxes and fees.
 
I get $0.14 after 10 pm with the time of day program from PSEGLI
The only problem with their new TOD program is you pay through the nose during other times. They’re automatically switching us over to the TOD rate unless you opt out. With that said, they’re ’guaranteeing’ that if after a year you wind up paying more than the old rates, they’ll refund the difference. I’m not sure how they’ll go about computing what the charges would have been under the old rates.
 
I wonder about such low rates posted here... are you including distribution charges, or do you tap in directly to the generators, and have no high voltage transmission / distribution charges at all ? I get it if you have solar/wind/hydro in your backyard/on your roof...but are you dividing your total cost of e- "delivered" by kWh used ???

What makes this weird is we have way more capacity than we use most of the time, but we need to accomidate peak power surges for very hot summers / very cold winters, and billionaires with AI delusions. For example, I keep a herd of farting cows to generate methane to run my AC in peak summer heat, and use that "waste" heat to melt the permafrost and generate even more methane. Good begetting even more good.
That's expensive and ruins it for most current evolved life but hey, it's good for me in the short term, and that's good for me because I'm old and the young don't vote.

Too bad we haven't invented energy storage solutions for peak demand and outages, you know, like car-to-home options...

or, we could live in cities and walk...

...nah.

Can't speak for the others, but I reported my rate (.105/kWh) as the incremental rate, separate from fixed charges I'd pay regardless since I'm still gonna own and live in this house whether I drive EV or ICE.

The only extra charge I (might) pay above the incremental extra for home charging the EVs is a demand charge. I do get a demand charge for the highest 15-minute usage block of the month. That may or may not be a time when I'm charging the EV, but odds are pretty good it will be (especially in the summer when the A/C and EV chargers are both on concurrently in the middle of the night). It's why I have my Grizzl-E dialed down to 24A (which is still plenty fast enough for my home charging).

I know... you have to be extremely careful with your 4 to 7 pm consumption
 
In San Diego, it’s 71+ cents per kW in the summer peak time. Or ~10 cents in winter, super off peak. Or anything in between

15 cents a kWh includes distribution charges and whatever else Dominion Energy puts on the bill.

At one time not too long ago, SDGE had the dubious distinction of charging the highest utliity rates in the land.
 
I'm in Texas, currently in a 3 year contract for 16¢/kWh from 6am-11pm, and 5.2¢/kWh from 11pm-6am (when we do most of our charging). Those prices include the base transmission charges.

I think it still is unless PG&e in the Bay Area leap fogged us in order to gain that wonderful distinction.
