HUD “bubble “

My vehicle is at the SC. They are telling me that the bubble in my HUD is normal. Does anyone else have a plastic piece on the display that you can press with your finger and have it move? Tried loading a 4 second video but apparently the file is too large.

I'd push back hard on that one. Particularly if the bubble is causing visible distortion or reflection artifacts when you're behind the wheel. That sounds like they just don't want to replace the HUD, but we know that others have had their issues with HUD reflections solved with a HUD replacement.
