Said Gravity Dream Editions in all colors will start production in the next few weeks or mid September. I ordered mine in Stellar White and said I should have my VIN # around mid September and delivery estimate around mid October.

There's no way to know for sure. That said, it seems clear that we're not seeing a lot of GGTs w/ HUD coming off the manufacturing line, so presumably the supply chain constraint isn't over.
