Looks like the 2.8.1 app update made the iOS app all funky...
Sadly, software continues to be their weakness.

I just updated on iOS and it seems like my car is waking up a lot faster? Small sample size obviously. Anyone else noticing this?

My Garvity was waking up super fast since the update and I'm on version 2.8.0. I think this has something to do with the update for the car and not the phone apps.

We poor Air drivers haven’t had a car update in a month or so. :)

iOS app is great on my phone.

And yes, after 3.3.1 car started waking up instantly. In 2.5 years, my R1S still takes minutes to wake 50% of the time and fails. Love that Lucid app is quick. One of the nice parts of Tesla app is its speed.

Still have no idea how suspension adjustment is meant to work in all or why it’s there…

Tesla phone software and car firmware are gold standards. Lots of paper cuts in Lucid software, and apparently Rivian.

As an owner of all three, I can tell you Rivian is worse than Lucid with respect to connectivity/waking up. Otherwise, they’re kind of equal between Lucid and Rivian.

I don’t count Tesla as a comparison because they had a decade head start in true production car software. Also not looking to argue over Tesla and app features.

Using v2.8.2

Unable to access/wakeup car the last two days.
Did force stop and restart.
Signed out, force stop, restart.
Uninstalled and reinstalled.

Using v2.8 2

Finally got car to wake up.
Scheduled Charging feature temporarily unavailable.

Already previously set up, so not a big deal.

Anyone else?
