Does anyone know what is going on with Lucid Air 2026 getting an executive order from CARB to where they allowed to sell it in California? I want to get the 2026 model, and I keep hearing it could be approved any day, but it isn't clear what is going on. Does anyone have any insight into what is going on with CARB?

Does anyone know the difference between the Lucid Air 2025 and 2026?

Improved air conditioing, thats all I think....
I just got a 2025 AT. I was told that with the 2026 model year, the AC is better, you get about 25-30 miles more range due to a denser battery back, and the infotainment computer is faster.

Something weird going on, I see that the 2025 models got their EOs in July 2024. The sales guy I worked with didn't mention this issue, but he was nudging me towards 2025 models with incentives.

None of the 2025s available have DDPro as far as I can tell. That’s a non-starter for me.

It makes sense they would push 2025s. I don’t think anyone has a 2026 yet. And they have inventory they need to move.

I bought "FSD" with Tesla once and have been disillusioned with automotive vaporware since. I stopped using those features in the Tesla out of concern for safety. So I decided I don't want to pay extra to be on the leading edge of ADAS for the next 3 years of my lease.
