Hi all,

In my ggt the microphone appears to be very quiet. People are not able to hear me when I make calls via Bluetooth in the gravity. I can hear them perfectly. Any one else have this issue? Is there some type of mic volume control that I am missing?
 
Have had this issue as well. Reported it to service center and they are going to take a look. Wouldn’t be surprised if there is a software volume control that needs to be tweaked.

That does seem to be a known issue — the muffled voice problem has been reported before. As @johnse mentioned, there may be a fix in the latest update. I haven’t received it yet, so I can’t say if it’s resolved.

From my experience of owning three Lucid cars, I can say with confidence that issues do get corrected. Timelines can be uncertain, but I truly believe the Lucid engineers are committed to fixing them — their intentions are solid, even if it sometimes takes a bit longer.
