New car to us- less than 2 weeks of ownership - Lucid air touring. My wife charges at work. Last week no problems - this week (since update) getting 5 kw per hour - same charger. Happened yesterday and now again this morning. Anyone else having issues since update?

Thanks for replying- all good now. Back to 38 km per hour. Not sure about charger - will get her take pic - she has 4 to choose from - all the same - she used a different one today - perhaps the charger she used yesterday was broken. I really appreciate your response. Rennlist is always good with a quick response for my Porsche Spyder - this community seems like it will be really helpful. Appreciate it. 👍

Thanks - how to access that? From the car ‘s main screen? Also here is a pic of charging. It says 37 km per hour … - am I able to expand this info - it seems no where I can click to get more info- sorry for newbie question. It’s a giant leap in tech from my PHEV. 😎

Thanks - it’s definitely slower to charge than it was last week. Getting only 18km per hour. Having a lucid home charger installed hopefully this week.

besides checking the charging setting in the car (amps) and the charger itself, if you have issues that are quirky you can always reboot the car, that sometimes helps clear things up (especially after a software update!). either hold down the air logo (20+ seconds??) in the about section in the car display, or while parked, hold the mic button on the steering wheel + X button on the steering wheel + Brake pedal. Do this for 15ish seconds until you hear the tone then you can let go. Not sure whether the Air logo reset works while driving, I tend to think not (although shouldn't be a safety issue), but is easier while in park. Kind of like rebooting your phone, sometimes is just helpful to get everything back in sync.

just be aware that the recent update allows two different settings for AC amperage, one for home .. it's geo-based so make sure you know how it's working (online manual, update email etc).
